LOCATION
Our country setting provides peaceful, tranquil living away from city turbulence and chaos. We enjoy viewing bountiful wildlife from our residential windows. Only a few miles east of us is the Snake River Birds of Prey Area designated to protect the habitat of these animals. We are treated to visits by these great birds. Our location puts us within minutes of a huge expanse of recreational land to the south and west of us in the Owyhee Mountains, and to the pristine wilderness areas to the north of us. Every lot owner can access the Snake River for water fun and fishing from our property.
CLIMATE We have four seasons that are all relatively moderate and with low humidity. These conditions provide us with almost year round runway usage. Snow rarely stays accumulated on road surfaces and summers are not like walking through a sauna. (CLICK ON PICTURES TO ENLARGE) |
