LOCATION
Our country setting provides lots of enjoyable tranquil living. We delight in our impromptu wildlife visits as seen from our residential windows. Only a few miles southeast of us is the Snake River Birds of Prey Area designated to protect the habitat of these animals. We are also close to several designated Wildlife Refuge areas. Our location puts us within minutes of a huge expanse of recreational land to the south and west of us in the Owyhee Mountains, and to the pristine wilderness areas to the north of us. Every lot owner can access the Snake River for water fun and fishing from our property.
CLIMATE We have four seasons that are all relatively moderate and with low humidity. These conditions provide us with almost year round runway usage. Snow rarely stays accumulated on road surfaces and summers are not like walking through a sauna. (CLICK ON PICTURES TO ENLARGE) |
